Purchasing Call Ahead

redarrow.gif (847 bytes) PEC Call AheadTM Software. This consists of the original PEC Call AheadTM Software diskettes (2 diskettes). These are required for an initial installation and should be stored in a safe place after the installation is completed.

redarrow.gif (847 bytes) Voice Processing Boards: The Dialogic D41/D Voice Processing Boards should be installed with proper Addressing and Interrupt settings.

redarrow.gif (847 bytes) Communication Software: The CO/SESSION Application communication software version 4.01 should be installed in the SESSION directory.
redarrow.gif (847 bytes) 14400 or higher Baud Modem: Install an internal or external modem in the Call AheadTM System to allow remote telephone support.

redarrow.gif (847 bytes) Com Port: An RS-232 Serial Communication Port is required to interface the PEC Call AheadTM System with UMS Host Terminal or compatible host terminal.
