phone system in the world. It can call up to 128
customers concurrently.

Motorola Call
Ahead Protocol |
The PEC Call AheadTM
system fully supports the Motorola Call AheadTM
host communications protocol interface.
The Call AheadTM
System connects to your Host computer via the
industry standard EIA RS-232C connection. It uses
the Motorola Call AheadTM
communications protocol for Host communications.
Call AheadTM
keeps track of every transaction it receives from
the host computer. The host string contains the
phone number, time to call, number of retries for
bust and no answer, the message to play, and the
line number to dial on. After Call AheadTM
makes the call, it returns either the Connect,
Busy, No Answer, or the Answering Machine status
to the Host computer.
The Call AheadTM
system lets your Host computer know if the called
party pressed a Touch Tone key, to make sure your
client heard the message delivered to him or her.
The Call AheadTM
Tape Utility program allows you to record the
message you want your customers to hear. It also
allows you to review and edit the messages.
Call AheadTM
shows you calls attempted, completed, intercept
tones, retries, and busy, no answer, all totaled
and in view, on-screen.
We can dial into your Call AheadTM
system through a modem and provide remote support.
